May 28 – Menstrual Hygiene Day

This is a global day for menstrual health awareness, and we go all out! On Menstrual Hygiene Day (MH Day), we organize community workshops, donation drives, and online education campaigns. Think of it as our movement’s big day to educate and engage. Whether it’s a school seminar in Nairobi or a radio talk in Lagos, all our activities on May 28 aim to ensure “menstrual hygiene for all.” Keep an eye out for our MH Day Toolkit (we release one each year with ideas and social media graphics).
