October 12 – Period Action Day
October 12, 2025
As part of the October menstrual health awareness efforts, we participate in Period Action Day (PAD). Around this date, we highlight youth-led action. In many places, our younger PeriodGivers lead the charge: high school clubs hold pad-making sessions, and university groups might do “period positive” flash mobs. If you’re a student or educator, October is a great time to rally your school.
