Our Playbook(s) provides a menu of proven, tangible actions anyone can take, from hosting a pad drive to advocating for period leave at work. These actions provide immediate, dignified support to community members and build the visible momentum needed to show that change is possible.
Narrative Change
We fight stigma with stories. Stigma is the root of inaction, and the most powerful tool against it is the human voice. Through our Podcast, story banks, and media campaigns, we create platforms for people to share their experiences, shifting culture, normalizing menstruation, and inspiring more people to act.
